Public class updates

On the Live sessions page, select Subscribe to hear about upcoming public live classes. Open a particular public class and choose Remind me when you only want updates for that class. The channels shown depend on the options made available by the platform.

You can turn either choice off at any time.

Open Account → Notification preferences. Your OTP login number is shown as read-only. Turn on WhatsApp live-session notifications to agree to receive live-class messages at that number.

If your OTP number changes, turn WhatsApp notifications on again for the new number. If no number is linked, WhatsApp cannot be enabled; web, email or mobile push may still be available.

Notification bell and mobile push

Web updates appear under the notification bell. Mobile push also requires the app’s notification permission and an active signed-in device.
