Reports and recordings

The Reports tab shows attendance and engagement after participant events are processed. A recurring series offers combined and per-occurrence views; a one-off class shows only its relevant occurrence report. Use Export CSV when you need the complete table outside Studio.

Poll results appear after Zoom supplies them. Anonymous Zoom responses cannot be linked to a platform learner.

The Recordings tab follows each recording from Zoom processing through platform ingest. Publish the suitable recording when learners should see it, and optionally set an expiry. Unpublishing hides it without deleting the audit history.
