Reminders and delivery activity

In a session’s Reminders tab, choose one or more reminder times and delivery channels, then save. The available choices are controlled by the platform team.

Send reminder now is available only when manual reminders are enabled, the class has a future occurrence, at least one allowed channel is selected, and the minimum wait since the last manual send has passed.

Delivery activity groups one event across its recipients. The summary shows the event time and outcome counts. Select View details to see one learner per row with channel results. Common states are:

• Scheduled — waiting for its send time
• Sent — accepted by the provider
• Delivered — provider confirmed delivery
• Skipped — the learner was not eligible for that channel
• Failed — the provider rejected the attempt or an error occurred

A skipped or failed channel does not stop the other selected channels.
