Manage a live class

Open Studio → Live sessions, then choose a class.

  • Overview shows occurrences and lets you adjust or cancel an individual run.
  • Settings updates the title, description, audience, card image and meeting options.
  • Invitees adds learners by username or email and supports CSV import/export.
  • Managers lets another staff member help manage the class.
  • Start opens the host room for the assigned host.

The Zoom account, host allocation and recurrence pattern are fixed after creation. Reassign the host through the available host action; change individual dates from Overview. Cancelling preserves reports and delivery history.
