Instructors see event summaries and recipient/channel details in a session’s Reminders tab. Platform administrators can inspect the corresponding reminder dispatches and deliveries in Django administration.

Use the recorded reason before retrying a failure. “No active mobile device” means the learner has no active token for the configured application ID. “Sender ID mismatch” means the mobile token and server Firebase credentials are from different Firebase projects. A WhatsApp consent skip usually means the learner has no authoritative number, has opted out, or changed numbers after consenting.

Do not copy tokens, phone numbers, provider SIDs or error payloads into public support material.
