Make live classes available
In Django administration, confirm that at least one Zoom account is active and verified and that its enabled host seats match the licences owned by the organization. The account plan controls meeting capacity and available Zoom features.
Grant the platform’s live-session management role only to staff who should be able to create classes. Session owners can add scoped managers for an individual class without granting platform-wide access.
Keep API credentials, webhook secrets and deployment settings out of user-facing notes. Those are maintained by the operations team in the private runbook.
